Package Your Denim
Place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
